• Withdrawals from any classes must be preceded by a month notice in writing or a month fee in view of notice.
• All school dues must be cleared before a transfer certificate is issued to the outgoing student.
• Transfer certificate will be issued after the one week of receiving of application.
• School authorities may ask, without prior notice to the parents to withdraw the child from the school on any of the following points: 

(a) Academic:    Constant negligence in studies or those who fail in the same class for the two consecutive years. 
(b) Disciplinary: Those students whose conduct in the opinion of the Principal is harmful in the interest of the school.
